    Saturday, October 25, Pratt Street will be closed to through traffic between Charles and Light Streets from 3am until 8pm. AND! On Saturday, October 25, W. Baltimore Street will be closed to through traffic between Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Greene Street from 4am until 5pm with detours in effect.
