Partnership of Baltimore offers select architectural tours throughout
the year. Historic skyscrapers, innovative office conversions, and
grand municipal structures are just some of the buildings featured in
this series. As residents continue flocking downtown, these tours offer
newcomers not only a connection to the past, but the chance to
celebrate the ongoing reinvention of Downtown Baltimore.

Downtown Baltimore Architecture Tours: 225 N. Calvert St.

225 N. Calvert is a recent residential conversion of a former banking center. The renovation includes 348 apartments and amenities including a business center, gym, gaming area, club lounge, movie theater, and 19th floor pool and grill deck. A portion of the ground floor will also be used for retail.
The tour will be led by architect Chris Parts, AIA, of Hord Coplan Macht. Apartments will be available to see on the tour along with amenity spaces. Afterwards, stick around for a reception sponsored by 225 Calvert on the 19th floor roof deck with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
