Up Your Alley In 2006 the CSAs began a new initiative called Up Your Alley. As you can guess by the name, it focuses on areas that are seldom seen but important to Downtown's overall sanitation and appearance. Up Your Alley addresses things like graffiti and litter removal, and will include power washing and other efforts to scrub the alleys clean. The CSAs will also work with properties to improve dumpster placement and refuse pick up schedules.
