Outreach Downtown Partnership is a leading provider of homeless outreach services and a workforce development organization that employs several formerly homeless individuals. For more than a decade, The Partnership has been committed to hiring employees referred from Catholic Charities, Goodwill Industries, The Baltimore Station, and other programs. As the economy continues to struggle and government cuts services, our programs are more important than ever. We also contract with Civic Works to provide job opportunities and training on our Green Team. These workers are supported with a stipend through the Americorps initiative. They also receive money to help them pay for their education.
