Operation Check-In The CSAs have created a special detail to pay special attention to the areas around Downtown hotels. Code named Operation Check-In, the detail has removed extra litter, power washed, painted, removed graffiti, and worked with hotel staff to make the area as welcoming to visitors and pedestrians as possible.
