Butt Out To help smokers do their part keeping Downtown clean, The Partnership has begun providing portable ashtrays. Each ashtray looks like a small change purse but is perfect for snuffing out cigarettes and safely storing the butts until they can be disposed of properly. CSAs will hand the ashtrays out free of charge. In addition to encouraging the use of the portable ashtrays, we urge every commercial property to provide a place where smokers may safely deposit their spent smokes. It's a simple thing to do that will make a big difference.
